This policy explains what personal data Pharma Beach Resort collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Pharma Beach Resort (the Pharmacists' Village) is a tourist village on Egypt's North-Eastern Coast, in Kafr El Sheikh, owned by the Kafr El Sheikh Pharmacists' Association.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit an enquiry or booking-request form we collect the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, country, the name of your company or group if you give one, and your message. If you subscribe to updates we store your email address.
- Technical information. Our servers record standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and language, the pages you visit and the time of the visit. We use this to keep the site working, to protect the forms from abuse, and to understand which pages are useful.

What we do not collect
We never take payment on this website. There is no online checkout, and we do not ask for or store card numbers or bank details. Reservations are arranged directly with the relevant desk by WhatsApp or phone. Treat any page that asks you to pay "Pharma Beach" by card on the web as suspicious, and contact us to confirm before paying anything.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a booking, a viewing or a rental.
- To send you news and offers, only if you asked us to, and only until you unsubscribe.
- To keep the website secure — for example rate-limiting the forms so they cannot be flooded.
- To measure how the site is used, so we can improve it. This happens only if you accept analytics cookies.
Your consent and your choices
We ask for your consent before setting any analytics or marketing cookie. You can accept, reject or manage each category from the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser and choosing again. Rejecting them does not stop you from using the site or contacting us.
If you subscribed to updates, every message we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Who else can see your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the site run — our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and the analytics or advertising platforms listed in the Cookies Policy — and only to the extent each one needs, and for analytics and advertising only where you have consented. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking-request messages for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep a record of our dealings with you, and then delete them. Subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you may withdraw a consent you previously gave. Contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging a stay or a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised village staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the village or the website changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
